The following are event times and facility fees. Prices include main venue room with table and chairs, set up and tear down, the use of audio and visual equipment, wireless Internet access, and outdoor patio. You can configure to your unique needs. Just call us.

EVENING FACILITY FEES
Monday and Tuesday Evenings
(6:00 – 11:00 p.m.): $895
Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday Evenings
(6:00 – 11:00 p.m.): $1,495
Friday and Saturday Evenings
(6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.): $2,495
WEEKEND DAYS FACILITY FEES
Saturday and Sunday Mornings
(7 a.m. – 11 a.m.): $295
Saturday and Sunday Afternoons
(1 p.m. – 5 p.m.): $895
Add 10% for weddings, national holidays and from December 1 through 25.
Facility fee is due upon signing contract to hold your date.
Included in price:
• Room rental
• On-site manager during event (evenings and all-days, only)
• Event planning assistance (up to 2 hours total)
• Tables and chairs for up to 120 people
• Exclusive use of Nissi's facility (evenings and weekends only)
• Additional meeting/dressing room (during non-business hours)
• Use of audio and visual equipment, including a VCR and an LCD projector
• Wireless Internet access
• Set up and tear down
• Outdoor patio with tables and chairs
Not included in price:
• Taxes, plus gratuity @ 20% of food & beverages order
• Beer, wine, or alcoholic beverages
• In-house catered cuisine
• A/V technician @35 hr
• Facility cleaning @ $35 half day; $65 full day or evening
• Additional services or support as requested, TBD
