CROWBOY
Formed in 2005, Crowboy was named for the sounds we make: ragged, mysterious, beautiful, enthusiastic, resourceful. Crowboy is all of this and more, in the form of music performed with integrity and conviction by Christopher Smith and Todd Redmond. These Colorado natives are both visual artists who can't help but bring their unique outlook to their music. The result is something both familiar and fresh: strong dynamics, catchy melodies, sparkling harmonies, and sharp lyrics that pour new energy into the fine tradition of American music.
Though still relatively a new group, Crowboy has a seemingly endless wealth of inspiration. We've had the pleasure of performing at many Colorado clubs and events, including Bender's, The D-Note, Oskar Blues, Waterloo Icehouse, as well as festivals such as the South Park Music Tour. With our music, we are eager to connect with as many similarly-wired people as possible.
