"Vision Jazz" formed in 2007 by Burt Shur Drummer/ Percussionist and Chuck Leichner - Keyboadist/composer. Influenced by Dave Grusin, David Sanborn, Yellow Jackets and Jeff Lorber. VISION JAZZ has just released their first CD "Distant Visions". Joining Burt and Chuck on the album are southern California’s Greg Vail on saxophone and Denver’s own Eduardo “Bijoux” Barbosa on bass. The band pressent configuration is Burt and Chuck with Kerry Page on saxophones and Jeff Fouriner on bass. “Vision Jazz”is presently performing in and around the Colorado area doing clubs and concerts. Looking forward to play concerts and festivals through the country in 2010.
