The following are event times and facility fees. Prices include main venue room with table and chairs, set up and tear down, the use of audio and visual equipment, wireless Internet access, and outdoor patio. You can configure to your unique needs. Just call us.
At Nissi's, You can enjoy in-house catering from our award-winning chefs. Check out our tasty menu that can be served plated or buffet style. See our menu for various options.
DAYTIME FACILITY FEES
Monday - Friday
7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.: $195
12 noon - 5 p.m.: $195
Luncheons: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.: $295
EVENING FACILITY FEES
Monday and Tuesday Evenings
(6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.): $895
Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday Evenings
(6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.): $1,495
Friday and Saturday Evenings
(6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.): $2,495
Add 10% for all national holidays and from December 1 through 25.
Facility fee is due upon signing contract to hold the date.
Included in price:
• Room rental, with tables and chairs
• Nissi's manager available during event (if food & beverages are ordered)
• Use of audio and visual equipment (A/V tecnician is extra)
• Wireless Internet access
• Set up and tear down
• Outdoor patio with tables and chairs (weather permiting)
Not included in price:
• Taxes, plus gratuity @ 20% of food & beverages order
• Beer, wine, or alcoholic beverages
• In-house catered cuisine
• A/V technician @ $35 hr or $150.00 for the day
• Manager @ $25 hr (available free if food & beverages are ordered)
• Cleaning @ $35 (half-day min) and $65 (all-day or evening)
• Special requested services, and wedding planning (TBD)
